Membership Information

Become an important part of this wonderful neighborhood of 525 homes. By paying your $40 annual dues you are an official part of the Association. Dues notices are emailed to each household for which we have a viable email address by April 1. Dues may be paid electronically through our website via Stripe or by sending a check (made payable to "WHA") in the mail to: WHA, PO Box 510401, New Berlin, WI 53151. Payments are appreciated by May 1 to avoid the materials costs and volunteer expense of a paper mailing. Paper invoices are mailed through the post office to those who do not respond to the emailed invoice. These invoices can also be paid electronically through our website and Stripe using a QR code or by mailing a check.

 

Association dues are critical to funding landscaping maintenance, subdivision entrance sign maintenance, neighborhood activities, insurance, the WHA website, and much more. If you are new to the subdivision or have not received an emailed dues invoice by April 1 or a USPO mailed dues invoice by May 15, please contact Weatherstone Membership Manager, Michelle Murphy at mmburant@prodigy.net. 

 

Being a member has many privileges. Benefits of membership:
