- April 1, 2025: Annual dues invoices emailed to all neighbors with current email addresses who are registered on our website
- May 1, 2025: Annual dues payments appreciated to avoid incurring the materials costs and volunteer labor expense of a paper mailing
- May 10, 2025: Annual dues invoices not paid by May 1 mailed through the US Postal Service
- Thursday - Saturday, May Dates TBD: Subdivision Rummage Sale
- June 1, 2025: 2025 Annual dues payment deadline
- June Date TBD: Block Captain meeting and cookout in the park
- July Date TBD: Picnic in the Park
- October Date TBD, 7 PM: Annual Meeting
- November Date TBD, 9 AM: Buckthorn Pull
- Thursday, November 27, 2025, 9 AM: Turkey Trot
- Saturday, December 6, 2025: Food Drive
